Apa, uleiul si zaharul se pun la fiert, cand s-au infierbantat bine se pune faina dintr-una si se amesteca vartos cu o lingura de lemn. Se formeaza o coca destul de "teapana". O dam de pe foc si-o lasam sa se racoreasca atat cat sa tinem degetul in ea fara sa ne ardem. Ouale se adauga unul cate unul,nu se adauga oul urmator pana nu e incorporat cel de dinainte.Se pune aluatul in posh (sau intr-o punga de plastic careia ii taiem un colt), se pune hartie de copt pe tava de aragaz si se spriteaza formele dorite. Lasati loc intre ele pentru ca in cuptor cresc.Eu le coc aproximativ 25 minute la 180°</div>

Gălbenușurile se freacă cu zahărul și sarea până se albesc, se adaugă făina amestecând bine să se dizolve orice cocoloș. Laptele se pune la fiert. Când dă în fiert se adaugă amestecul cu galbenusuri și vanilia. Se fierbe până devine cremă, amestecând continuu.</div>

Glazura:în 150 ml smântână dulce pentru frișcă, încălzită până la punctul de fierbere, se adaugă 100 g ciocolată (56%cacao) și se amesteca până la omogenizare. </div>

-25g unt (si pe asta merge sa-l inmuiati in acelasi lapte)<br />

<br />
PREPARARE<br />
Se pune drojdia intr-un bol cu doua linguri de apa calda si se amesteca bine. Se presara putina faina deasupra si se lasa la crescut 15 minute. <br />
Intr-un vas mai mare, adaugati faina si restul ingredientelor si amestecati totul cu drojdia crescuta (compozitia trebuie sa aiba un aspect omogen, legat iar vasul trebuie sa ramana curat)<br />

Se rastoarna apoi pe planul de lucru, si se incepe framantarea ( mai adaugati faina sau lapte, daca e cazul) Cu cat aluatul e mai aerisit, cu atat ies mai pufoase cornurile.<br />
Aluatul nu trebuie sa fie tare, si nu trebuie sa se lipeasca...daca se lipeste, mai adaugati un pic de faina.<br />
Se pune inapoi in vas, se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa la crescut, aprox. o ora.<br />

Se pun cornuletele in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se ung cu un galbenus amestecat cu o lingura de lapte caldut si se dau la cuptor, timp de aprox. 15 minute la 170 grade (la foc potrivit).<br />

Se pun toate ingredientele intr-un vas mai mare si se framanta pana cand aluatul obtinut face basicute. Se lasa sa dospeasca pana isi dubleaza volumul(aprox 40 min).<br />

-zahar vanilat de buna calitate<br />

Drojdia se amesteca cu un sfert din cantitatea de zahar,drojdia se va topi.Restul de zahar se topeste in laptele caldut.Se toarna drojdia peste faina,sarea,apoi laptele si se incepe framantarea.Se pune si mierea,untul moale putin cate putin pana il incorporam pe tot.La sfarsit rezulta un aluat moale ca cel de cozonac.Se lasa la rescut pana isi dubleaza volumul.<br />
